Durante diez a\u00f1os, de 2002 a 2012, ocup\u00f3 la c\u00e1tedra de Estudios Jur\u00eddicos Comparados e Internacionalizaci\u00f3n del Derecho, matriz de su obra maestra sobre Les forces imaginantes du droit. Jurista penalista de formaci\u00f3n, Mireille Delmas-Marty se hab\u00eda convertido en una especialista mundialmente conocida y respetada en derecho comparado y derechos fundamentales. Fue profesora en numerosas universidades francesas -sobre todo, de 1990 a 2002, en la Universidad de Par\u00eds I Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne- y extranjeras, recibi\u00f3 varios prestigiosos doctorados honoris causa y fue elegida miembro de la Acad\u00e9mie des sciences morales et politiques. Su labor docente, sus publicaciones y su presidencia de importantes comisiones (como la de \u00abjusticia penal y derechos humanos\u00bb en 1988) son testimonio de las notables cualidades de creatividad e imaginaci\u00f3n de esta jurista excepcional, que demostr\u00f3 tolerancia y humanismo, as\u00ed como una autoridad debida a su competencia. Mireille Delmas-Marty hab\u00eda aceptado ser miembro del Comit\u00e9 de Honor de nuestra Fundaci\u00f3n.
