Presentation
In a global context where the consolidation of the rule of law and the promotion of democratic values remain essential, this first training session in Libreville aims to enhance the skills of institutional, judicial and civil society players in contemporary issues of democracy and human rights.
Taking place from February 9 to 14, 2026, this training course will bring together experts, academics and legal practitioners to offer fundamental courses, thematic courses and practical case studies.
On the agenda: the international and African human rights protection system, the role of magistrates and institutions, citizen participation, press freedom, protection of minorities and the fight against corruption.
This initiative provides a forum for exchange and reflection on the challenges of democratic governance in Africa, while fostering networking between professionals committed to promoting human rights.
CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT issued on completion of training, subject to passing the knowledge test.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION issued in all other cases.
💰 Registration fees:
👉 €300 for professionals
👉 €100 for students
Registration fees only include coffee and lunch breaks during the course, and no financial assistance is available to cover travel or accommodation costs.
🔹 Target audience: magistrates, civil servants, teachers, members of civil society, law and political science students.
🔹 Objective: to build capacity and encourage the spread of a democratic culture based on respect for fundamental rights.
🔹 Closing: official presentation of participation certificates at the end of the ceremony on February 14, 2026.
